I cannot thank Nick and his crews for all of the work they did at my house and how beautiful it is. I had to attach pictures because words do not describe it. My job was two parts. Last year, I had Zach Schlinski, owner of 22 Concrete Designs & Contracting, remove and replace with stamped concrete the front and back sidewalks, back patio, steps and rebuild the basement wall and steps. Before that could be done, ALL of my landscaping needed removed on every side of the house. Nick got me on his schedule and within a couple of days, he and his crew removed all of the shrubs, trees, bushes, stumps, rock, mulch, etc. It was amazing how fast they worked and had it done so the concrete work could start. They hauled truckloads away (after 20 years of landscape, there was a lot!). During the winter, Nick designed the landscape plan. I didn’t change anything…he’s an expert! Nick is a person who takes pride in his work and is enthusiastic about doing the job as I was to having it done. I knew I had the right contractor. He and his crews just finished on May 29, 2020. It is BEAUTIFUL! Nick is very professional, courteous and accommodating. His crews are hardworking, fast, and polite. I could not believe the amount of work they did each day and everything cleaned up at day’s end. They also repaired and reseeded the side yard. I have a well and Nick was kind to bring a water container to help me out with watering. Nick, Patty and all of the crews, THANK YOU. You went above and beyond. It was such a pleasure to work with you and I look forward to working with you again.

3 yrs ago, Dolan Outdoor Services completely re-landscaped our property – around the entire house & part of an unattached garage – they maintain this annually – including – removing mulch & rutting in fresh mulch. This company is professional, reliable, reasonable & pefect to work with.

This was a small job. Dolan's originally removed dead shrubs from or walkway & planted these shrubs for us. A couple of years ago. They have grown well & are healthy. They now needed pruned back & they were done exactly how I requested to maintain their 'Pouffy' shape. This is a reliable company that always responds quickly. They are through, professional & clean up all debris when job is complete.

This went very well.  The landscaping in the back was beautifully done and 90% of the standing water around the house has been prevented from reoccurring.  Nick Dolan came back and did additional work where needed and followed up several times to ensure we were happy.  Some of the work was done before and after we had a fence installed in the backyard and Nick worked together with the fencing company to make sure things went smoothly.

Once the material was available, Mr Dolan and workers started and stayed with job until it was completed. Many times through process, Mr Dolan asked for our input as to small details to perform work to our satisfaction. The employees were courteous and returned work site to normal at end of every work day.

Nick Dolan was our primary contact through out the entire process.  We left the landscape design up to him and couldn't be happier with the results.  He was extremely knowledgable about all types of plants and made sure to use ones that were appropriate for the amount of light that the front of our house receives.  If there was a choice that I had to make, he gave me several options and listed off the pros and cons of each type of plant.  He even replaced a couple of plants that the deer used as a late night snack quickly the next morning.
From the beginning, i was impressed with the tactics they use to ensure that they aren't making a mess of your yard while work is completed.  During the tear out process, his crew would place tarps in the yard to catch any branches/leaves that break off leaving no additional clean up after all was removed.  They used these same tarps when moving dirt from one side of our driveway to the other, therefore we had no dirt or mud in our driveway.  
All the men on his crew are hard-working.  I never once saw a guy sitting down on the job and to be honest I never knew when they took a lunch break because it seemed like i could always hear someone working outside.  I primarily interacted with Nick, but if I were to venture out to see how the work was progressing, I was always greeted by a 'Good Morning Ma'am' from one of his guys if not all of them.
The outdoor lights that were installed really accentuate the stone work on our house at night and the landscape design also draws your eye to it during the daytime.  Our prior landscaping was hiding this beautiful stone and Dolan's was able to really showcase its beauty.  I would recommend Dolan's to anyone looking for a new landscape design and have in fact recommended him to our neighbors.  We now have the nicest looking house on the street, especially at night.

It turned out beautifully! The job was complete in about a week. We primarily interacted with Nick Dolan who was knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Showed up within a week after completing the estimate.  Arrived in the morning and were finished by early afternoon.  Nick showed up with the crew and confirmed what was to be done.  A crew of four completed the job and did an excellent job of clean-up afterwards.  They even placed flags on property to show were to place the sprinkler to get a complete coverage for watering.  Nick returned and explained how much and how long to water, and when to mow.

Very well.  They arrived early in the morning and were finished by the time I arrived home.  The mulch bed runs the width of the backyard, around 8 trees.  The edging was very well done and the bed has an attractive shape.  Would use them again.

Asked Dolan to come to house and give ideas on landscaping options.  Worked with Dolan to come up with the plan.  He had many good ideas and suggestions.  Was very aware of my budget and told me of plants that I did not know of.  Explained why certain plants would not be ideal for my house and area.  Dolan was given the job.  He was very professional as was his other employees.  Two months after his work, one tree did not survive.  Dolan was quick to replace the tree at no cost.  I would recommend Dolan to others and would use him again for more work when needed.
