Joe was very persona ble and professional. Francisco and his team called ahead of time and arrived on schedule. They worked very hard and in a timely manner - this in record breaking heat. They completed the work in two days, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience

    Chuck services both of our cars for pretty much everything (my wife's transmission needs dealer service apparently). Chuck gets the state inspections done for us (although he doesn't do this himself...he takes the cars to an authorized state inspection station for us). Chuck also does various "spraying" jobs for us (from house shutters to refinishing our fireplace glass door frames). If needed, Chuck lets me take his truck to work when I drop my car off for work...that allows him all day with my vehicle. I try to not "abuse" this service. Chuck is a super-nice local person. I believe that you just can't go wrong using Chuck. When I have Chuck do something for us, I don't even ask for a quote as Chuck's rates are very reasonable. In fact, I normally give Chuck a little more than he asks for on the bill. The amount I quoted here is the most I have ever paid Chuck (was for new brakes all around and some other small stuff). I have used Thomas Automotive Care regularly over the last 3 years

    BOB AND HIS COMPANY WERE ALL VERY POLITE. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. ACCURACY AND FAST WORK IS A GREAT COMBO. THE ONLY CHALLENGE WE HAD (THIS WAS NOT A BIG DEAL TO US BECAUSE WE WERE SELLING THE HOME...) WAS THAT THEY ACTUALLY PAINTED THE HOUSE THE WRONG COLOR. IT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE THAT THEY OFFERED TO CORRECT. ACTUALLY, WE LIKED THE NEW COLOR, SO NO POINT IN BEING A DIFFICULT CUSTOMER. I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED OLE BOB TO OFFER UP A LITTLE TOKEN OF GENEROSITY FOR NOT REQUESTING HIS CREWS REPAINT A JOB. OH WELL, I NEVER GET THAT. BOTTOM LINE, INDY PAINTERS WAS ON TIME, CLEANED UP THEIR JOB-SITE DAILY, WERE COURTEOUS, WELL PRICED AND TIMELY. WE WOULD CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN

    I contacted Taylor Construction in February 2018 to repair a small section of roof and nearby fascia. Granted that weather in the eastern US this year was wet, and scheduling outdoor work was a challenge, but Taylor never once in 9 months contacted me to discuss scheduling or to let me know that we were still on their to-do list - and we did have many rain-free days mixed in with the rainy ones. Because of their unresponsiveness, I called in July to inform them that we would go with someone else - they whined about the weather and convinced me to give them another chance. I reluctantly agreed, stressing that I needed to know when they would be starting work - I never heard from them again. Thankfully we never signed a contract. So, I cannot comment on the quality of work or price, but his responsiveness and professionalism is very poor
