"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

The cost of these solid wood cabinets (with custom details) was better priced than pre-fab cabinets at big box stores. The communication with David and Susan at every step of the process was excellent, we had many questions and they were always prompt with answers and various options available. The drive out to their location in OH to finalize the layout and finishing options was worth the trip. The installation was seamless, taking just one day for the cabinets, with the quartz counters in place less than 2 weeks afterwards, which was coordinated by High Point.
