"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "One might think that painting is the most important part of interior painting. But in our case it was the preparation of the walls and ceiling that was the most critical. The walls were damaged and consisted of wood paneling as well as wallboard. The ceiling had been poorly painting in the past, with tape lines of the panels and other defects clearly visible. Chuck spent the time needed to carefully prepare all of the surfaces, which involved patching, caulking and other work. Because of the time taken to prepare the surfaces, the final paint job was great. It looked like new construction rather than a paint job.  Chuck also helped us choose a color pattern that matched (but did not rotely copy) the pattern used in adjacent areas. We are looking forward to having him do our exterior painting as well.
