This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. We called multiple time and one of them finally brought the parts back. The entire piano was scratched all over and a huge gouge out of the side. The owner assured me he had insurance but then stopped text back and change his number!! I beg You please do not even consider using this company. And then to represent himself as a ?man of faith? it?s was just heartbreaking. "
