Miles and Keith were fantastic! They worked quickly and professionally on the project, respecting my telecommuting schedule. They cleaned up every evening and provided an update, demonstration, and plan for the next day. The workmanship is top notch, including the patching of plaster walls where holes were necessary (they kept them to a minimum). They consulted me when appropriate but took the initiative in some decision-making, such as the basement lighting and outlet placement, which was appreciated. Miles made excellent recommendations on things that didn't even occur to me, such as smoke/CO detectors in the attic and basement. He humored me with last minute purchases of fixtures and more than one I-changed-my-mind. He even patched a large hole from a previous fixture installation that had been covered with cardboard and masking tape then painted over. In 1986! (the cardboard was a calendar cover). I couldn't be happier with the work. There is still a tiny bit more to go, but the whole job will be done in just at 10 working days - way faster than I thought possible.

Miles was very quick to respond to my requests and performed the work while offering options on how to do them to either be less expensive or a better way. He was flexible in scheduling and braved the severe cold to complete his work. Highly recommend.

It went well. He did a good job. Seemed very knowledgeable. Found a burnt wire as the reason the outlet and the dusk to dawn light on the side porch were not working. Fixed them both. The dishwasher was wired wrong causing the burnt wire and the reason the breaker would get tripped all the time. He rewired all that and everything seems to be working correctly now. My only complaint is he did not clean up his work area when he finished.

Was having issues with our main breaker tripping. He came within minutes of me calling on a Friday evening. (He happened to be finishing another job when I called.) Took a look at our breaker panel and gave me a couple of options to consider. Very professional and courteous. Will likely call again when I need to have work done in the future.

Work was completed in one day. Miles also pointed out some issues that need attention as well. He also saved me money by using the existing breakers instead of buying new ones.

One day and finished. Worked through problems which always come with an old house. Pointed out other safety problems to be addressed. Miles was on time and on the estimate. Fair price for quality results.

It went great. I would, and have recommended him to many friends. Even my sister, who doesn't like anyone, loves the work he did for them. He is so honest that when he finished one part of our job, he said it didn't take as long as he thought it would, so he gave us a refund!! No one has ever given a refund. Anyone who hires Miles to do any work, will get the BEST job done!!
