He came late to my house. He had said 7:15 and he came at 7:20. He put in 2 air conditioners when he said he was going to put in 4. He said that the other air conditioners did not work, and I thought that they did because I had plugged them in before he came. He said originally it would be $115 for all four and he argued with me and said that he had quoted $150 and because he did not want to put in the other two. I gave him $75 because he said he had greed on $150 for four. He was angry and yelled at me. He scared my son and I had to say that I would call the cops. He said to pay him then and he would come back after I bought two new air conditioners. I said no. I do not speak good English and had help to translate.

John & Drew were great for our handyman project. On time, diligent, and we got our mini projects done in such quick time. Super nice guys, quality work, and fair price.

I have been using the services of Handyman etc for many years. The company is efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and very easy to deal with. They came here very quickly .They had the tools that were needed. They not just able to give estimated but be able to perform the job also. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

John promptly called us back after contacting him. Came out within 2 days to do an estimate. Sent us the written estimate that night and we scheduled the work, he was able to do job 2 days earlier than expected. Arrived on time, completed the work ( replaced a patio door) in a timely manner and cleaned up. Very professional and easy to work with. The job was completed at the estimated price ! He does lots of handyman services and will be hiring him again with any jobs we have around the house. Will also recommend his services to family and friends.

I had a few old doors that needed fixing because they didn't close properly. I called John, he came within one hour. He fixed the doors on the spot. Overall I had a good experience with him.

I contacted John last week and he arranged to meet with me on Sunday. He arrived on time and offered to do the job right then and there. We took him up on that offer and he completed the job without delay (we had already purchased the post and new mailbox). He did a really good job and cleaned up after himself all in the space of about an hour. Problem solved and we would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

We use him every single Friday.  He's ours for the whole day.  He comes to our company, he comes to our house, he comes everywhere.  He works for us on a regular schedule now so he puts us on every week.  So the cost depends on what he's doing and the supplies.  We could not find a better guy.

Out of the folks we contacted, John was the most prompt in replying - even on weekends. In some cases, we had contractors who came out to provide a quote and didn't bother replying to our follow up requests. That said, John accommodated us as quickly as he could; upon execution day, he worked from morning until the afternoon and didn't leave until done. We had all of our outdoor needs done on one weekend, followed by the interior items done ~2 weeks after. Moreover, his team was very respectful and did not disrupt neither my husband or I as we worked from home on occasion. We had a lot of items on our to do list, and John pretty accommodated every need  rather quickly and in special cases, provided creative solutions to meet our ultimate end state. We will certainly reach out to John again if we need future work.
