David provided great communication (letting me know when to expect his arrival), straightforward information, and answered my questions. After doing all he could, David went above and beyond to get me an appointment for the next morning with another company as the clog ended up being a symptom of broken sewage pipes. He also let me know I could call him if I had any concerns as resolving the issue moved into the next phase. I definitely recommend Clog Pro LLC and will use them again. They had the para to fix it but not the right size We still paid in full EVEN though our water Bill is almost double the usual Bill! Waste of water, annoying sound...The technician said he would come back to make it right. They are very busy but it has been about 3 weeks waiting on it. :"
