It went very well. They were on time, protected my plants and cleaned up during and after project. They had a large crew and completed tear off and put on new shingles and roof ridge vents in one day and new gutters a few days later along with additional soffits. There was one glitch (did not install roof ridge vents on garage as per contract), but they came back the next day to install roof ridge vents. I was initially concerned with the timing of the project and Scott Watry, the owner, met all my concerns.

"Chris came at the end of one week to give us an estimate and we signed a contract with him by Sunday and paid half down. We had read several reports about how people had felt comfortable leaving Chris alone in their homes so didn't hesitate to give him a key. He started work Monday morning and was there every day including Saturday morning until the job was finished. He was very neat with his work, always leaving any of his tools out of our way. We couldn't even tell he had been in the house most days except for seeing the progress in the hallway. By the time he left on Saturday, we were negotiating with him the start date of our next project, the nursery. He returned our key to us that Saturday even though we planned to sign another contract with him already the next day. It wasn't necessary but reassuring. I would say that communication is a strong point of this contractor. At one point he accidental broke the light in our hallway but replaced it. We wouldn't have even known except that he told us."

"Ben Sullivan and his team were FANTASTIC!
They put on a beautiful roof and did not damage any of the plantings around the house. Ben's quote came in below the
other 2 companies we received quotes from and they completed all the work on
time. They also replaced 5 windows and they did a great job replacing the
rotten cedar and staining the interior wood to match the other windows in the
house. They cleaned and vacuumed every day before leaving the house.
Additionally, we have a cedar-sided house and they stripped and re-caulked the
siding and did a really nice job matching up the caulk color and being
thorough!
Ben is a great guy and a perfectionist; the guys he employs are equally great
and professional. I trusted them in my house, i appreciated Ben's suggestions
for alternative ideas (incidentally, we adopted his suggestions and am thankful
