"The window wells on my 1940s house were in disrepair. He went above and beyond to replace the ones that were beyond repair, and patch the ones that were salvageable. He was honest and answered all my questions, and engineered one window well to be much stronger than the original. I expect it to last another 70 years. 

He also went above and beyond the call of duty and brought additional topsoil to shore up the beds around the window wells. He wanted to make sure everything was done the right way.
