237 Excellent! Brian was about 15 minutes early to the agreed appointment, but we didn't know! We have a wireless doorbell and the battery had died so the poor guy was sitting out in his truck in sub-zero temperatures (we have an outdoor security camera, which I had checked later). He came back...

When I say Adam had the best estimate, I mean that a well known carpentry business gave me quote of $30,000 and a well-known builder/renovator quoted me $20,000 (but at least said I get it done far cheaper with a good handyman, which is what I found) and the total cost with Adam came in just under $10,000). A friend vouched for them before I hired them, and I'll do the same if you want to work with them."
