"Chad was on time and was very professional on our first meeting . We settled on a date and time and was quoted a reasonable price. Generally, if your neighbor’s tree hangs over your yard, you can legally trim overhanging branches. That said, there’s no pruning season for unhealthy growth. Remove dead, dying, or diseased branches as soon as you notice them, regardless of the time of year.
