We are an owner operated company. The owner, Greg, having over 20 years experience in the painting field, works on, and oversees all jobs with the help of a small, professional crew. All painters have at least 5 years experience, are detail oriented, well mannered and always professional. We do mostly interiors and some small exterior projects. Anything from a single room to a whole house interior, condo, or office suite. We focus on one project at a time from start to finish. No skipping from job to job. Cost is determined by the job. Prices include all labor and materials including paint. We generally use Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paints but are also happy to use whichever paint out customers prefer. We get good prices on paint and pass our savings on to our customers. We have a long list of happy, satisfied customers. Their price was lower than 5 of 6 companies I had bid on the job. They expertly helped me pick out the final colors that made feel comfortable going forward. They emptied all kitchen cabinets and removed many wall hangings and put them back exactly where they came from! And last but not least the finished painting job of all walls and ceilings looked superb. Excellent paint coverage, perfectly straight lines when abutting the ceiling or cabinets...no overspill. If you have a smooth, already bonded concrete surface, painting a concrete pool deck can be a great way to brighten up the area and add longevity. If the surface has another covering or a different type of paint has been used previously, you won’t be able to paint it without removing the existing coating. Wooden decks benefit from painting as it helps to keep them watertight. Quality pool deck paints also help make the surface less slippery and less likely to gather mold and mildew or prematurely crack.

You can clean water-based paint from brushes in the sink and allow the waste water to go down the drain. However, one tip to remember during a painting project is that it's illegal to allow oil-based paint or its cleaning solutions, even organic ones, down the drain and into the sewer system.

While you could conceivably select any paint finish, paintable wallpaper tends to look its best with a flat or eggshell finish. A higher gloss paint might make the texture pop more, but it can look a bit dated once the paint has dried. And don’t worry about whether a water-based latex paint will loosen the wallpaper. Paintable wallpaper has a coating that prevents this from happening, so using latex paints without applying an oil-based primer to seal things first is fine.

In most cases, humidity above 70% is considered too high to paint in. Humid conditions will slow the paint’s drying process, which increases the risk of drips and other imperfections. Moisture on the walls is also one of the biggest reasons for bubbles in your paint and poor adhesion, so you’ll get an overall better finish if you maintain humidity under 70%.

Tipping for exterior and interior painting is often roughly the same. In some cases, interior painters may be around the homeowner more and can get to know them a little better, which can sometimes result in better tips.
