"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! "Ben did a wonderful job repairing the problem areas!  You would never know that there was a problem...the repair blends perfectly.  Ben and his skilled crew were polite and very careful not to drip paint on my wood floor and woodwork.  They did a great job!  However, after a couple of days I noticed a couple of areas that required some additional attention ( a waterstain that was on the ceiling was just barely showing through).  I called Ben to have him return for the problem area.  It took a little longer for him to return than I had hoped due to another job that he was at.   I would use Casablanca painting again for any future needs.
