"My sump pump goes off all the time; I think there is a natural spring around my house. Joe Silverberg, my local U.S. Waterproofing rep., has been wonderful in advising me on my sump pump replacement, (which works beautifully by the way and gives me so much peace of mind!), and on sealing cracks in my basement walls.
