 + -1 moreThe results are incredible. CCS ground the concrete down, repaired and leveled the floor. The grinding was dusty and somewhat noisy. There is a strong odor that diminishes after dry and over time. The entire process was done in one day, and we could park on in 48 hours. The surface is gorgeous (especially compared to what it looked like before) and is not slippery. Maintenance is very easy with a leaf blower instead of a broom. It was just put in so I cannot speak to durability but there is no comparison to the DIY big box epoxy. CCS used a polyacrylic which is tougher than epoxy.
Description of Work: My 37 year old garage floor was heavily pitted and had been "repaired" in some spots. The edge by the garage door was severely pitted to where I thought the floor would have to be replaced. There were a few hairline cracks but the concrete pad was level. I really wanted a garage floor that was that was level and had a protective, easy to maintain, durable surface.

 + -1 moreAll of the work was accomplished in less than 8 hours. It took about 12 hours to dry enough to walk on and another 48 hours before you could drive on it. I have found this coating to be impervious to everything. Nothing sticks to it and it doesn't stain. If it gets dirty simply wash it with mild soap and water. It doesn't fade and hasn't chipped. This is far superior to the epoxy coatings my neighbors had applied to their garage floors.
Description of Work: Our house is 29 years old. The concrete in the standard two car garage showed significant signs of spalling and chipping even though I had sealed it when we built the house. CCS ground the entire garage floor smooth and made sure it was free from any oils or debris. Then they applied a sand and epoxy mix to fill in low spots. They ground this down to ensure the entire surface was smooth. Then they applied one coat of Polyaspartic resin and covered it with vinyl flakes. CCS offered us two color variations. One primarily black and white while the other was brown and white. Once the resin was dry the two man crew shoveled off the excess flakes and then applied a second coat of Polyaspartic resin.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. We had another contractor do our garage floor last year and we did not have a good experience with them. Colorful Concrete Solutions met every expectation --pricing, communication, timeliness in performing work and quality. We would definitely recommend them to others. Only suggestion would be to bring along more color samples to view.

 + -1 moreThe garage went well the patio did not turn out well at all. They hounded me for the remaining part of the money upon completion of the project even though I was not satisfied. I gave them the money and they promised if I was still not satisfied with the project they would come back this summer and fix the issues. I have called several times and emailed several times and have not heard from them. I would not recommend them al all.

Felt very comfortable making decision to go with Colorful Concrete. Floor turned out beautiful and everyone who sees it is so impressed. Would definitely recommend this firm!
