"Let me start by saying that this is the 2nd time this year that I have hired Al's Moving and Labor so although I am NOT a fan of moving in general and what that takes on, I am a fan of Al's Moving and Labor.  Al may not tell you he worked for many, many years for a national moving company and he may not tell you that he is formerly military, but he and his crew are well trained and know what they are doing and are really precise with the detail you need on your moving day.  I am a meeting planner, and it's all in the details and the level of service.  Have you ever had your items shrink-wrapped or paper-wrapped?  Amazing amount of care in their work.
The morning of my move, I got another confirmation call from Al.  When crew arrived, I knew one of them from my move six months ago.  The truck was loaded in 40 minutes and when we arrived at my new location, the  and crew unloaded into a storage unit on site and into my new apartment.  If I changed my mind on where I wanted the furniture placed, they were only professional, patient and kind.
If you are a single middle aged person like me whose friends all are over 50 and have bad backs, do call Al's Moving and Labor for great service and a job very well done.  Buy local.  Call Al.

"Im a realtor and use/recommend Arwood waste for junk removal/dumpsters on properties that have renovations or rental cleanup. Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. I came back to inspect and was surprised to see that not only was the junk/trash removed but both inside the house and the driveway had been cleaned and swept. At one point, I did contact JJ Junk removal and set up a date and time for a pickup.
This was done on very short notice, but the person at JJ was very accommodating, and did not hesitate to agree to come to a different address than mine.
In addition, I was told that they would carry any item from wherever it was on the property to their truck, and I had some very large and cumbersome items in the basement that had to be removed. One freezer removal alone required 3 burly guys!
 This aspect of JJ's service alone is worth the money.
At the last minute, I found takers for the heavy items and discovered I did not need JJ's, so I called and canceled the pick up for the next morning. Again short notice, but the person at JJ's didn't have any problem with this.
To conclude: I didn't use the service, but my limited interactions with JJ's left me feeling that I would definitely consider using their service in the future.
