Al's men arrived on time and ready to work. They were very courteous and went to work right away. The team leader had been informed about the job to be done and price that had been quoted. Their were no discrepancies.

The leaves were from a large wooded lot and had been left in a very large pile all winter making them hard to pick up and bag. The men performing the work did not complain and kept at the job until it was complete.

"Im a realtor and use/recommend Arwood waste for junk removal/dumpsters on properties that have renovations or rental cleanup. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. At one point, I did contact JJ Junk removal and set up a date and time for a pickup.
This was done on very short notice, but the person at JJ was very accommodating, and did not hesitate to agree to come to a different address than mine.
In addition, I was told that they would carry any item from wherever it was on the property to their truck, and I had some very large and cumbersome items in the basement that had to be removed. One freezer removal alone required 3 burly guys!
 This aspect of JJ's service alone is worth the money.
At the last minute, I found takers for the heavy items and discovered I did not need JJ's, so I called and canceled the pick up for the next morning. Again short notice, but the person at JJ's didn't have any problem with this.
To conclude: I didn't use the service, but my limited interactions with JJ's left me feeling that I would definitely consider using their service in the future.
