We had noticed water in our basement at 6pm at night and luckily we found Loyear online. They stayed late into the night and came back with more guys later the next day to finish pulling out the water. Then they started the next process of fixing and replacing the damaged walls. Great communication throughout the entire process and John made sure everything was smooth sailing with billing our insurance and even supplied all the photos that we forgot to take. These guys were amazing and helped us during a very stressful time.

They are great. They did water damage work for me. I really appreciated they carefully kept the baseboard and avoided me to find/buy new baseboard for the repair team. The cost is acceptable. When I told John the insurance funded me more than their quote, John said they only charge for what they had done and the extra fund is for me to keep. Hard to find honest business like them nowadays. Highly recommend them.

It went great. I had a leaky pipe in the basement that got part of the carpet wet. They came the next day and got things dried out. After things were dried they reinstalled the carpet. Thanks!

Loyear really did an excellent job on my basement mold. They really know what they're doing and help to educate me. They gave me a fair quote and then charge me less than they quoted because of the time they spent. Customer service very good.

Great response and quality work. Loyear Cleaning and Restoration was able to handle my insurance claim and work with my adjuster. They were able to do the whole job without me needing to contact different contractors as this was a large job. One stop shop! I was very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

In our initial meeting, Gary, Loyear, was very thorough in describing the process for identifying the degree to which the mold impacted the corner of the room. We're seniors and my husband had been recently hospitalized. Loyear offered more assistance in moving furniture to access the area. While the work was in progress, Gary gave us regular updates and explained the next steps. Fortunately, it was a surface issue which did not require removing dry wall. Gary was very professional and helpful. We had another bid but know that we made the right choice in hiring Loyear.

Excellent! Coordinated service with us being out of town, completely cleaned difficult natural wood unfinished interiors of lodge in preparation for finishing, arranged finish application through local professional, completely removed residue of finish application and restored home to better than expected condition. Flexible and easy to communicate with throughout. An excellent value.

It was absolutely wonderful! The whole process when dealing with this company promoted trust and confidence that they would do exactly as they said! JoAnne is thorough, prompt and honest. So easy to deal with and always gets back to you when you call or text! I felt like I could trust her to help us navigate something we have never dealt with. She helped us more than our insurance company did!!!!! The crew, Lucy, Caleb and Colin were so hardworking and caring. Some of the nicest people I have met. They did their job perfectly and answered every question and showed genuine care and concern for our things and especially for my mom. I would highly recommend them. Keep up the great work Loyear, you have a company you can be proud of!!!! The pictures I posted are of before and after of the shed clean up.

I have meant to write this review a year ago... so I'm a little late, but I wanted to be sure to let everyone know what a wonderful job Joanne and her staff, here in Duluth did for us. We had a house fire the end of August a year ago. Joanne and John came out the very next day, after calling them,and immediately assessed what needed to be done! Joanne also took time to meet with the insurance adjuster when he came to look at the damages. Their team went to work right away and stayed on the job, drying out the damage from the water, making sure the smoke smell was eliminated. Our whole upstairs had to be torn out and completely rebuilt. They worked very hard tearing everything down to the studs and getting it ready for the contractor. It was a lot of work and all of the staff were very professional, they really knew their job and what needed to be done. They were efficient in everything they did. All of our furniture and belongings needed to be taken out and cleaned, due to the smoke damage. They did an excellent job! They worked with the company that cleaned our clothing, and because of Joanne, all of that process went well. I know that they went the extra mile for us. I thought their price was extremely high. They came out immediately. They were prompt. They had professional equipment. They were professional. I am not sure if all the work they did was necessary. Ten years ago they did the same work for $500. They did a good job.

They were prompt with the clean up the problem was the restoration. I constantly had to call them to see why they were not showing up at our cabin. Our insurance company paid for the repairs and restoration. Our agent ( at the time) recommended this company. We were charged for services not provided and had to have them re do several items that were done improperly.

I don't know if you remember, but we had hired a subcontractor, who had given us good references, to do the put-back. He turned out to be tremendously poor at getting the job done. We accept complete responsibility, because we brought him in. I remember that we were continually after him to finish the job and do it right; we finally ended up hiring someone else to come out and get a new moisture membrane put in. We also paid the new contractor to put in a better grade of moisture membrane and threw out the mess the other one had created. Believe me we were embarrassed and angry about the service you received from that contractor and we never used his services again. We tried to make things right by fixing the problems he created and I can only apologize again for the bad experience you had. If there is anything else I can do for you please reach out to me.
