"Chad and his crew were absolutely amazing. From the first sales call, until the last nail of completion, I knew we could count on him. He had been referred, and we immediately felt comfortable with Chad, as he patiently explained the value in a significant undertaking - this roof will be there another 200 years, the quality is just that good! "Michael spent the time needed with us to understand what is involved in the process of roof replacement. He did a thorough inspection and made us aware of the issues that needed repair. In our case replacement due to the age of the roof and due to possible leak issues, Windlickers was able to schedule our roof replacement immediately. Michael and the roofing crew arrived on time, set up and began work immediately. The crew remained on task and completed the roof on our home and detached garage in one day. Our property was cleaned, no debris, nails, etc. remained on the ground when the job was completed. The roofing crew was friendly and courteous, very hardworking, very organized. "We had a great experience. From inspection to completion we could not have been happier. The quote process was well explained and not high pressure. We needed to wait until warm weather. They called us a week before, explained when the materials and dumpster would be dropped off and they were exactly as they said. The project took one day to complete and the crew left the area cleaner than they found it. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. The day of completion, we were kept up to date with progress and any work required. The roof looks fantastic. It was the final step of our exterior makeover, as the siding was done 2 months prior. "We had a roof that needed cap shingle replacement prior to the sale of the home due to degradation of the previous shingles of the wrong type.
