Our overall experience was exceptional, and ranks among the top of any experience we have had with a contractor or service provider. Here's what stood out for us: 1) the quality of the expertise and workmanship, 2) Mike’s knowledge, attentiveness to detail, and customer support, and 3) the care and cleanliness of the job site. Mike’s team of 9-10 roofers would spend 8-9 hours on the roof, then another hour cleaning the job site. Mike was on site each day, was always accessible, and ensured that the site was clean. The day after our job was complete Mike e-mailed me to let me know he was coming over to clean some minor oil spots that were left by his equipment on our driveway... I don’t expect roof issues, but if any arise I am fully confident Mike will do everything necessary to correct them.

My garage roof was leaking & I wasn't looking to replace it just yet & made a few calls to find someone to do a quick repair. Phoenix Roofing answered my call & came the same day to replace some shingles for me which stopped the leak. I will definitely be reaching out to them in the spring to replace my entire garage roof.
