We set up a time within 2 days for him to remove a king size mattress for me - and then he called the next day to let me know he could actually fit it into his schedule that evening if I would rather him come sooner. Great customer service! He arrived with a large, enclosed trailer when he said he would. He is personable and friendly, and his price was very reasonable. They took several cares to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, including wrapping the furniture, turning off all the lights, and packaging the picture frames."
