"We needed several large pieces of furniture and other items hauled away on short notice, we called Elite Item Removal Service and spoke with the owner, Brandon. Brandon came out the next morning for us. He had everything loaded up and ready to go quickly. (2 couches, mattress, chair, several full large black bags, and misc smaller items). He is friendly and professional, and he made it clear not to hesitate to call him if we need anything else. You also cannot beat his prices. "James promptly answered my email inquiry about his service and set an appointment with me to estimate the job. His price was absolutely fair for the amount of work he would have to do! On the morning of the job he was on time (early, really!), cleared out several large storage areas, and ultimately cleaned up the entire job site when he was finished. Clothing was donated to St Vincent de Paul; books to shelters, and other items were to be recycled if possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a diligent service person!"

"Overall the service performed was good, but at a considerably higher fee than estimated. That part of their pre-move service could be improved. As the 26 foot truck was limited, two trips needed to be made which took nearly 12 hours overall - a long day. The movers seemed physically beat by day end. Certain things like reassembly of dismantled furniture were ignored. Little damage though considering all of our stuff."

"AMAZING From the time I made the phone call, for an estimate, to the time the move was made All kept us informed of everything they were doing or going to do including wearing booties while in the houses. He and his crew were the consummate professionals and oh, so polite. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

At one point, I did contact JJ Junk removal and set up a date and time for a pickup.
This was done on very short notice, but the person at JJ was very accommodating, and did not hesitate to agree to come to a different address than mine.
In addition, I was told that they would carry any item from wherever it was on the property to their truck, and I had some very large and cumbersome items in the basement that had to be removed. One freezer removal alone required 3 burly guys!
 This aspect of JJ's service alone is worth the money.
At the last minute, I found takers for the heavy items and discovered I did not need JJ's, so I called and canceled the pick up for the next morning. Again short notice, but the person at JJ's didn't have any problem with this.
To conclude: I didn't use the service, but my limited interactions with JJ's left me feeling that I would definitely consider using their service in the future.

"I had a long distance move from Miami to Orlando and Moving APT did a phenomenal job. I opted in for the full packing service so they literally packed EVERYTHING, disassembled, loaded it, drove it, then unloaded and reassembled it at my new home. I did not have to move a single item aside from my own car. The crew was extremely helpful, professional and punctual and they had extremely competitive pricing. 5 star experience"
