The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing. I was sent a demand letter to remove the paint or they would access fines and would hire their own company and charge me. I was beside myself. I talked to Andrew who quickly responded to a request asking if this was the kind of thing that he and his company could help me with. Andrew was absolutely amazing! In early Spring we reached out to T&A, with not knowing any contractors in the area etc we were very lucky to find them. Got us on the schedule and assisted us with colors, the process etc. After it was all said and done we were not only absolutely impressed with the staining of our deck but know they are available for so much more.
