"Tom and Superior Carpet Cleaning did a great job with our basement and stairs. Communication was timely, expectations clear and pricing was reasonable. The space hadn't been cleaned for a number of years and he was able to remove the grime and moved furniture as needed. I've seen the comments on not using steam...but we didn't have any issues and there's a plus in not having hoses run through an open door for hours."

She also took time to understand our needs and proposed the solution. Both Jo and Kathy worked on scheduling Elizabeth to clean our home. She was very thorough and efficient, as well as extremely personable. I instantly liked Elizabeth and have requested that she permanently be assigned to our home. We are going to continue with biweekly cleaning services. Very impressive company and staff!"
