"No one really told me when they were coming but the guy gave me a good price so I just went with it (he threw in the garage). It was gauranteed for 50 years but it would have been nice if they'd been more communicative, the work was also very fast, he came out and did it in a day. It would have been nice if they'd called and told me when they were coming, what product they were using, etc. I don't really have any issues though."

It went very well considering they were dealing with a lady who imagined that it would look like what she saw on Holmes on Holmes.  The crawl spaces turned out the way I thought but I didn't realize that in certain locations in the back yard that there would be river rock along the garage.   They even changed that out to a different color to make me happy.

I can't say enough about Brian Flannagan.   He is a man of his word.   He and his crew are very polite and cleaned up my property each day they were here.

Mr. Flannagan even called one day after a heavy rain and asked if he could come and inspect the crawls to make sure everything was working properly and it is.

No more musty smell and the house is no longer damp and cold.    I wish I had done this years ago.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to solve a water issue on their property.
