Ben arrived on time to the appointment, and based upon our description of the problem with our refrigerator making a clicking noise and not maintaining a consistent temperature setting, brought a new starter with him. He made the repair in just minutes, and the refrigerator has been working correctly ever since. Ben was professional and easy to talk to. He also made some recommendations on maintaining other aging appliances, and things to consider when purchasing new. We will call Ben again when needed."
