This was the first time we ever worked with Full House Appliance Repair. Ben arrived on time to the appointment, and based upon our description of the problem with our refrigerator making a clicking noise and not maintaining a consistent temperature setting, brought a new starter with him. He made the repair in just minutes, and the refrigerator has been working correctly ever since. Ben was professional and easy to talk to. He also made some recommendations on maintaining other aging appliances, and things to consider when purchasing new. We will call Ben again when needed.

He gave good advice (probably not worth repair) and guidance on local dealers and various brands.

Had a broken fridge with no cooling and needed service fast. Ben the owner answered my call right away and said he would squeeze me in that day! Everyone I called before Full House Appliance was booked about 7-8 days out!!! He called before he came and said he was on his way to my home. When arrived he inspected the fridge and quickly found the problem and gave a quote. He also told me about the option of buying a new fridge because the price was pretty expensive to fix my old fridge. What a breath of fresh air! Ben was honest and helpful. He also gave me information on good Namebrands to buy and which had good service record, part availability and just use in general. He also had a reasonable Trip charge for only $70 which is applied to the cost if you decide to have him fix. I would highly recommend calling!
