They were flexible with our timeline, communicated well, and kept in mind aesthetics as well as functionality. The only reason they did not get a higher rating is they were a little slow at responding at times. It would take reaching out to them a couple times (days to week+) after the initial contact before they would respond. They did address any issues I had and I am pleased with their work."
