We used Ridgetop for two jobs at our home: installation of a block window in the Master Bath, and replacement of 3 exterior doors. After some initial delays and rescheduling issues, the glass block window job was assigned to Bob and his crew. They did a great job, and Bob ensured that everything was done to our satisfaction before completing the job, even going so far as to personally redo some of the finishing work on the exterior to match our other windows. For the doors, David worked with us to choose doors with the looks and features that we wanted. They are from Provia (a brand we were not familiar with, but which are apparently well-known in the industry as being of high quality). The door replacement was supervised by Nate. He and his crew were able to install everything in one day. The installed doors look fabulous. My wife and I are very pleased with the results of both jobs.

Vinyl siding, gutters & windows have been ordered but will not be installed until possibly February 2022.

I booked the roof repair job, and they were prompt to come out to first do a survey, provided a quote, and we were able to quickly schedule a time for repair. Repairs were done quickly, and there was great communication with the office.

After new downspouts and gutter leaf protectors were installed, we found a small leak during a rainâ ¦in our old gutters. Nick had John at our house the next day. Problem fixed better than new. Siding, gutters, and leaf guard were all completed in a timely and professional manner. Such diligent workers, constantly busy from install to clean up.. Great communication from the office as well , both prior to the service, as well as follow up.. Thank you for a job well done .

I booked my roofing job and they where actually able to come out several days sooner that what was originally scheduled. They showed up on time and did a tear off . re-shingled my project .and had everything cleaned up and back to normal in less than 4 hours

we had a leak in the roof from work done by another company several years ago. Water leaks are really hard to find, but Ridge Top did, and fixed the leak. They didn't try to up-sell and talk us into more service than we needed. Recommend them. We were really grateful for them.

Paul went over and above to make sure our roof got done in a timely fashion because we had some serious holes that needed fixed. They worked hard, no chit chat. The surrounding area looked better when they left than when they got there. Cleaned up very well. When we need gutters or the rest of the roof done definitely calling these guys!

I had a garage roof replaced and was very pleased with the outcome. Paul was very professional from start to finish. He has a very warm personality and did not talk over me. This made it easier for me to communicate with him and ask questions from the beginning of the project (estimate presentation) to roof installation. He was quick to respond to my voice messages. Never did I feel pressured to hurry and make a decision. When the crew arrived they were very respectful and got right to work. The job was completed within the estimated time provided. The crew did a great cleanup job afterwards.
