"We hired them to waterproof and repair our basement. They did a great job, and they have great customer service. "We had a large drain pipe in the basement that would leak large amounts with big rains. We had another company (Best 1), come and tell us they needed to jackhammer out the cement, "order a part", and then they never called back. "I cannot say enough good things about Rich and his crew at Custom Craft Environmental. After having our sump get overwhelmed by 7+ inches of rain, we were lost.
