"We hired them to waterproof and repair our basement. They did a great job, and they have great customer service. We had a couple complaints when they left, and when we called them, they immediately took care of them with no hassel. They also called us like a week later to ask how things went and actually paid attention to what we had to say. There was torrential downpour that started same day they finished, and the basement was completely dry. There would have been puddles all over before."

"They arrived on time. Left the bathroom where the work was done clean. The job was done correctly and I haven't had any problems with their installation. There was a mistake in the billing - it was supposed to go to a different address and wasn't received so they added a late fee. When I called them about it they fixed it - I was happy. Note: The price charged included the cost of the new toilet, I had a sink and they were fine with installing that."

"Dewey was excellent. My tile is my favorite part of my bathroom. Larger rectangles with a veining that is so well matched. This depends on the location of the blockage. If the blockage is in your home’s system, anywhere in the system, it is your responsibility as a homeowner. Blockages seldom happen because of items or buildup coming from the city, which means it originates in the home. It becomes the city’s responsibility at the exact point your home’s line distributes waste into the city’s system. The exception is if the problem in your home damages the city lines.
