27 The good: he finished the job (sort of) The bad: He wasn't aware of building codes (for a safe deck) e.g. I had to personally micromanage for proper support of post bracing. Also, I had to point out the posts weren't plumb (very bad) which he sort of fixed. Did not properly space spindles on...
NO one ever wants to have a plumbing problem but it definitely went well and was resolved in a timely manner.
