"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"The work on shower replacement was fabulous. The workers were very competent and they completed the shower in one day. We had a problem with the shower head and they came back the next morning to fix the problem."

"We replaced our bathtub with a walk in shower, and are extremely happy with the work that was provided. In only took one person 6 hours to complete the job, and he was very professional and the quality of work was great. Would hire them again."

"I phoned MH Renovations for a quote on replacement windows for our home. Matt(owner) answered and quickly arranged a time to stop in.. He arrived on time and listened to my need and recommended a window for us. Work was done on time and the person installing was very professional. Installer cleaned up his work area before leaving. Would highly recommend Matt and his company to anyone looking for replacement windows."

"The two young men was very courteous, cleaned everything up sweep the floor."

"Tony did an amazing job on my tile install for the bathroom I am renovating. I am an Interior Designer and have uses different tile masons. Tony is efficient, clean on the job, and is a problem solver which is great when you run into snafo's like a bowed wall. With some minor adjustments to the mortar he was able to make the wall look level event though it was not. I would definitely hire Tony again."

"I would rehire Exterior Pro for any remodeling needed. Professionalism is fantastic. Stephanie and Susan are the best office personnel I have worked with from any company. The knowledge the staff and contractors are great. They had previously finished a bathtub to shower remodel and was in and out in less time than expected and love it as well as my new windows. I would and will definitely recommend exterior pros to friends and relatives"

"Excellent Job. 2nd time I hired this company. Why, because of their craftmanship and attitude. I don't hire them for little jobs, but ones that take days to complete. I had a difficult (near impossible garage door (the one you walk through) that just wasn't closing right, and they said it needed replacing, but also found a rotted stoop. Replaced the frame and stoop, caulked and cleaned the area and took away the old wood and frame. In my bathrooms, they cleaned the old caulk off my tub and floor and re-caulked, and caulked around a pipe in the wall. Fixed hand railings, door handles and mitigated a drainage problem and did some painting. Try them, and you will agree with me."

"I'm so glad I hired this company. I needed to remodel an apartment that needed a variety of services: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, everything needed updating. This company did it all, and did it well, and did it on a timely basis. They were a pleasure to work with as they would tackle any task without needing any supervision. They knew exactly what to do and worked efficiently but didn't skip any steps and they were kind and curteous to boot. And they cleaned up after themselves. I will be using them again."
