Very knowledgeable in other areas, ie had problem with leaking dishwasher and took time to address that problem (discovered when dishwasher moved to correctly place the laminate.). Very pleasant, kept me informed, and extremely timely in getting job done. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Went above and beyond to insure excellent quality of job."
