He was super personable, stayed in good communication, and did a fantastic job getting the dishwasher installed & adapting the surrounding space (capping and moving old lines; tapping into the sink and asking how we wanted that done, etc.). He was even fine to run to Home Depot mid-job to get the supplies he needed to finish the job in one day. Highly recommend! "While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."
