"Excellent contractor . Great to work with . B & K replaced the window glass in Five Thermopane windows. The window frames were still good so that is why I chose the glass replacement option. Cost, of course, is then far more reasonable. Our windows now are clear - no fogging anymore."

"There are many good things that need to be said about Empire Home Remodeling. To begin the process, I selected three local window vendors. All three came to our house to explain their product line. We do not buy solely on price alone. Empire had the most professional presentation of the three we considered and we felt no high pressure from the sale rep. Price wise they offered the best product of the vendors at what we felt was a fair price . We were able to purchase triple pane glass for the same price the others were offering for double pane glass, plus some additional benefits. Windows came with a transferable lifetime warranty. This can be a benefit when selling ones property. We felt confident that the measurements were accurate as they double checked before the window order was placed. There were willing to work to our schedule as we had some major issues confronting us when it came time for the install. When it came time for installation the installer on our project was very concerned that all things were done right. He was very neat and left our premises in great shape.. We feel we made the right decision because if we had a question of any type, Empires owner, Melissa, dealt with it herself. We did not have to deal with a list of people in order to get an answer. We felt this to be very reassuring. We also came to realize the owner visits each job site to ensure that quality work is being performed. Richard Overall, Empire Home Remodeling is a company I would strongly recommend."

"I assigned the Bulldog Builders team shingle roof installation work for my newly constructed house and they did it in a very well-coordinated manner.I am very happy with the output. Everything is properly placed. So its looking very classic and attractive as well.Well done guys!"

"We have not started our project yet, we have just contracted them to replace 2 large picture windows on our house. Alec came to our home to give us a quote and was extremely thorough in explaining the product options they have available. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge. He spent much more time with us than the other company we received a quote from. Alec saved us some money by recommending only partial reframing. I had assumed because of rotted wood on the sills that the entire window frame would have to be replaced, but he determined that was not necessary in our case. He was very personable and the company seems trustworthy. We are excited to work with Empire on our home improvement project!"

"The sales person, Kyle Walsh, was friendly, knowledgeable, on time and gave us a good price with no up-selling. If you want quality windows without being had, definitely give them a call."

"We had our windows installed last year. Before I rated them I wanted to see how they performed over one of the northern Wisconsin winters. Made it thru the winter in great shape. I couldn't be more pleased with the 12 new windows that we had installed. I would gladly recommend them to anyone interested in a great rugged reliable and well insulated window, I think their guarantee is very good but I don't think I will have to use it. Again. I am very please. Fine window and find company."

"My husband and I had a sliding glass door put into access our patio. Seth, came out to measure and was very professional and paid attention to not only just the job at hand but was kind and personal. Their customer service was fabulous and they never got sick of me calling to ask when it would be installed. When the crew came to install the door, it was amidst the COVID-19 crisis. They were efficient, respectful of the social distancing, professional, and a very happy crew. They went over all of the door mechanics (toe-lock, handle lock on both the glass and screen door) and adjusted everything that was sticking or not lining up correctly. We are very happy with our door and use it on a daily basis. We are so grateful for this company."

"I was extremely happy with the service I received from Exterior Pros, LLC. They matched the product for my specific need. They stayed within my budget, yet the windows are very high quality. The workers were efficient and cleaned up after they were through. The job was done on time. I hired them again for new gutters with leaf protection. I had the same experience for that job. I highly recommend Exterior Pros, LLC"
