"Craig came for the estimate, answered all my questions, and explained exactly what he would be doing with the asbestos tiles in my basement in 2 large rooms, approximately 866 sq ft. His crew came early to prepare the area and completely finished the job the next day. They did an excellent job, totally cleaned up after and I received the clean air lab results all at a reasonable price. Yes, would definitely recommend in fact, already have. "They arrived promptly to provide a quote. Clean-up was done on schedule; they arrived with 2 workers and a foreman. Ceiling was cleaned in about 2 hours, and they also brightened the grout on the kitchen back splash by the stove. Crew cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't even tell they were there. Painters were expected the next day, but didn't show. The owner was very apologetic on the phone (painters weren't responding to her), and found an alternate crew to come out the next morning. We were hosting a party with many out-of-towners that weekend, so timing was critical. Crew came out first thing Thursday morning. They primed and painted the ceiling, molding and a lot of the wall too so the kitchen looked great! They used low VOC paint per our request, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. In the end, I was very pleased with the final result."
