Not well. A lot of corners cut and expectations not met. Communication was poor.

I did what you asked and what we could do within the budget the title company gave. The Fence still looks like the day I built it, bathroom tile was spot on & the kitchen was removing the little wall & put in a cabinet there with a butcher block countertop. I would have liked the opportunity to talk with you before a terrible review be posted. I do all I can to make my customers happy & earning the respect of my customers is very important to me. We have used William Greely Custom Builders for many projects in our home. We were affected by the flood in 2012 and were forced to remodel our entire basement. With WGCB we received a prompt response, extreme professionalism and an amazing sensitivity to the situation. They have great attention to detail. We were completely shocked at how clean things were in our home after they left. Again, attention to detail. They were also very flexible when changes/surprises came up. I would and do often highly recommend this company to everyone for anything they need. They are licensed, bonded & insured which is VERY important and many contractors are not or do not even mention it.
