"They were on time and very professional.  The carpet is only two years old but they were able to take some stains out that I thought would be there forever.  They did clean the kitchen and back bathroom ceramic floor. They did a really nice and job and it looked wonderful.

The only negative was that they had us sign a form saying that if they broke anything they were not responsible for any cost.  This did give us pause and may have look elsewhere in the future.  It is a shame because they did a good job but I feel that they should be responsible for any damage they cause."
