"Based on the foundation being brick, there was not the option to add weeps. Additionally in the middle of February, I did not want to excavate the exterior. Therefore the waterproofing was done from the inside. Renew added a rigid board covering onto the foundation interior which will direct moisture downwards to the new drain tile system and now the basement is humidity and moisture free. Very pleasant folks to work with too."

"Brad was wonderful and personable. Did a great job and arrived promptly. It was an emergency situation as our sump pump over heated and water was filling the basement. Not sure what rates are for service so I marked it a 4. I know all plumbing calls are on the high side but it was well worth it because he arrived sooner than anyone else was able to."
