"Overall very well! Sean was personable, punctual, and very efficient. I would certainly recommend him. Only minor issue was one cabinet door rubbed against the frame when closed due to multiple layers of thick paint. Sean warned us not to close the door for two days to let the paint dry to try and avoid chipping, but it still chipped anyway when we closed it a couple days later, so we just sanded it down and plan to touch up the frame. Other than that everything looks great."

"Because houseguests were coming on short notice, we needed to redo a bathroom that was in terrible shape. It didn't just need to be painted - the wall surfaces were a mess, with a poorly done sandcoat finish and problems due to previously removed wallpaper and border. Also, because of somewhat odd colored tile and grout in the tub/shower, we despaired of finding a wall color that would look good with the tile, but yet harmonize with the colors in the rest of the house. Shena at Red Canary was just terrific - she came out right away, squeezed us into her schedule in time to be done before our guests arrived, and she came up with a great color choice we just love! The walls were repaired and skim coated to correct the flaws before painting - they look perfect - you'd never know the state they'd been in before!
