Additionally, they were friendly, hardworking, and respectful; but their outside door job was a little sloppy. I can still see ends of screws, multiple shims, and a random 2x2 nailed to one side. The door doesn?t close smoothly and needs to be pressed on to ensure it locks. But I am happy it?s done as I think it was a more complicated job than they anticipated."

The Appleton store would not return phone calls or even answer them at times. I ended up driving to the store to find no customers in the store, so not sure why the sales reps refuse to answer phones. The Appleton store has very poor customer service."
