The appliances purchased were wonderful, installation was wonderful. However, we had an issue with one item, it has been 3-months and we're still waiting. The Appleton store would not return phone calls or even answer them at times. I ended up driving to the store to find no customers in the store, so not sure why the sales reps refuse to answer phones. The Appleton store has very poor customer service.
