"Ken was fantastic from start to finish. I hired him to remove an old basketball hoop, pour new cement, and install a new one. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!"

Couple other little areas not noticeable from far away. Empire handed off to a contractor to have them call me. They told me $275 for service call. I even sent pictures. They would take the $275 off the project if I went ahead and had them do the work as long as product not defective. My point is, $275 to just come and take a look at area I?m talking about?? It?s not even Empire coming to look. Plus I bought everything from them. So apparently like someone said after the sale you are pretty much written off. They do not stand behind their product. Hard to rate on customer service. Who do you rate, Empire or the people doing the work! Ha!"
