Highly recommend. Efficient and professional, from the bid to the work to the clean up. Had a flat roof replacement with a deck on top. They took up the deck, replaced the roof and put back the deck, with a new frame and even replaced some boards at no charge. My tenants were delighted.

They were fast, efficient, competitively priced, and had great customer service and communication. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They also did tuck pointing and did a great job . I highly recommend them.

Steve and his team did a great job installing our rooftop deck. His company replaced our roof a few years ago and, when we finally got around to build the deck, we knew who to call. They do quality work for a fair price. Explained everything clearly so we were both on the same page. Would recommend.

The Owner was excellent at communicating with me. He went above and beyond in cleaning my gutters and also checking out the roof on my garage. The work performed was overpriced. The work was completed in under 45 minutes. What did they do for $1,400? They replaced rusty nails with new nails. The area of the shingles where my roof was leaking through ceiling was sealed. There was no replacement of plywood or shingles. The Owner (Steve) said it was not necessary. He showed me pictures of the work they performed. In addition, the bottom of the roof vents and chimney were sealed. The work they performed was worth about $800 to $900. I was charged $1,400 -- the Owner gave me a 2 year warranty on his work. It has rained in Chicago since my roof was repaired, and so far, so good. I appreciated all the work they did. They did an excellent job, but for the work that was completed, I thought the price point was a bit inflated.

Steve and his team were very responsive. They provided an estimate quickly and scheduled the work within a couple of days. They had to remove several heavy planters to gain access to the leak. They quickly removed the planters, bagged up the dirt and rocks, fixed the roof, and were willing to haul away any debris from the planters. They even fixed a window seam that needed caulking. Communication was good and the team was very responsive.

I reached out on a Friday morning for an initial assessment; they responded within 20 mins and came by that afternoon; I had an estimate from them by Saturday morning, and they were out to complete the project the following Thursday. My 3-flat needed a section of the roof replaced with new asphalt shingles (20+ year old roof was due). Their pricing was very competitive and on par with with estimates from other roofing companies for the same project. The crew worked one very long day to complete the job in a single trip to avoid weather.
