"We hired them to waterproof and repair our basement. They did a great job, and they have great customer service. We had a couple complaints when they left, and when we called them, they immediately took care of them with no hassel. "The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. This is pretty typical of what you see when you open a floor. A great deal of water I see that concrete floor!
With the previous work, they had used a garden hose to try to guide the water to drain tile. Seven out of 10 of the garden hoses were clogged with stone. If someone talks to you about using garden hoses as a part of the project, move on.
After cleaning the crack, we install ports that we will inject our polyurethane foam that expands up to 20 times, filling the crack from the inside all the way out to the outer wall.
Not every home has a “true footing”. In this case, while the wall didn’t look great it was extremely solid, so it made for a very smooth project from beginning to end.

Although linear drains allow water to flow quickly and efficiently, they tend to clog more easily than traditional drains. Linear drains are flush with the shower floor, allowing soap scum and hair to potentially build up.
