"We hired them to waterproof and repair our basement. They did a great job, and they have great customer service. We had a couple complaints when they left, and when we called them, they immediately took care of them with no hassel. "The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. After cleaning the crack, we install ports that we will inject our polyurethane foam that expands up to 20 times, filling the crack from the inside all the way out to the outer wall.
Not every home has a “true footing”. In this case, while the wall didn’t look great it was extremely solid, so it made for a very smooth project from beginning to end.
