Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! "We live in an older home that had an attic filled with vermiculite insulation. The insulation contained some asbestos.
While we knew we did not have to remove it, we wanted it out considering we are installing a high velocity AC system and the contractor was going to be cutting holes in our ceilings and closets. We figured now was the time to do the job and that we wanted to do it the right way.
During the consultation Rich explained the abatement process from start to finish. He laid out all the details of the job and noted that his team would try and keep as much of the flooring that was installed in the attic in tact. This was a bonus because we originally figured the very nice wood flooring that the previous owners installed would be ripped up completely. 
Regarding communication, when we had questions Rich was always quick to return our calls.
When it came time for the actual abatement, it went very smoothly. The team completed the job in three days and given the heat in our attic and tight quarters did a great job. We noticed when we came home that some of the clocks were blinking and we figured a fuse had blown due to the power of  their vacuums. We also noticed that the staff had tried to reset as many of the clocks as they could.  Overall, I am very pleased with the experience."

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
