I just had them do my roof and a few windows for me, and it turned out great! James is a great Salesman to work with, and they work with very good quality products. The installers were efficient and clean, and I would highly recommend CHT!!

The only reason this company even gets rating for customer service is solely based on my experience with Katherine who was absolutely lovely. However, that's where the great experience ends. I had an appointment scheduled for a "FREE" estimate for gutter replacement and roof assessment. Received one call to reschedule, no big deal. Today, the morning of the appointment got a call asking about my roof and if I was looking for repair or replacement. I stated I didn't know for sure as the house has suffered wind damage from a storm and I do not know what is going on with the roof. I can see shingles in the destroyed gutter, but the roof is very high and I will not get on it. Also stated that I have no functional gutters on my home. I was then told that this company does not do repairs on roofs only full replacement and would not come out for an estimate on 46ft of gutter replacement. When I asked how many feet they do come out for I was told 100 or more. OK? Even replacing all that puts me at 92ft...seriously? Unbelievably rude rep this morning, far cry from Katherine and her understanding of the situation. Not quite sure how/why a company would do business this way. Apparently they don't realize that a happy customer tells 1 person, an unhappy one tells 7. Guess which one I am?

I feel that they didn't pay any attention to my property, they damage my property and would not resolve the issue. They were reckless and careless.

Completely satisfied and pleased with Creative Home Technologies' service and results. Costs were higher than others we looked into, but are we are glad we decided to go with Creative Home Technologies. We would use their service for not only gutter installation, but for any other home improvement that they offer.

They came out on a Saturday because it rained on the day they scheduled the work to be done. They never grumbled were very professional, friendly and did a great job. The best part is never having to clean a gutter again!

Very professional company. We had a great experience from the time the gentleman came for the estimate to the installation of our new gutters! We would recommend these products and company to future home owners looking to replace gutters!

They did awesome work. A storm went in our patio and shattered one of our windows and they stood by the warranty just as they said they would.

Very nice person - we were only looking at one window, however, and he was interested in selling us a lot more. The one window that we were interested in was too expensive for us, so we are re-thinking our plan.

Well, the windows and doors are scheduled to be installed around the end of this month. After they're done, then I can give you a performance rating. So far, I'm pleased with the quality of the windows from what I heard from the sales rep.

These are nice windows but they are expensive.

I cannot give a final rating to the windows, until after the winter and I see how they perform in the Wisconsin cold.
