"The two young men that came to my home were very friendly and did a wonderful job. They took the time to hang insulation over the doors, to the outside, to keep the bitter cold outside. They placed plastic corner pieces around corners so they wouldn't damage the drywall. They would ask me to come and see the progress as they were cleaning and would ask if I was satisfied with the work so far. They were able to get spots out of the carpet I was not! My carpets look like new."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Marshall took my 100 year old vintage rag rug with him and cleaned it! The rug was filthy. I was worried about chemicals harming the integrity of it, and he assured me that he would take special care to make sure the rug was not damaged in any way. He brought it back a couple days later and it looked and smelled great!! Owner was so pleasant and fantastic to work with. Price was unbeatable. Will recommend! Thank you for your work!"

"We would certainly recommend Jay Cricks/North Star Cleaning to anyone in need of their services. Jay came to our house and was thorough in his investigation into our mold problem. We know this because our insurance investigator said the same. Jay was timely in settiing up the removal of the mold. He was very personable in his explanation of what had to be done and how it would be accomplished. He informed us of all the noise problems as well as any inconvenience that we may encounter during the week long restoration. Everything was cleaned up and fixed to our satisfaction. A job well done!"
