Window Service
Everything with the price and cost was actually pretty good. I feel like they're not as weatherproof. You have to put plastic up, and then there's the moisture condensation that collects at the bottom no matter what you do. That's gonna happen with any window, but then you wind up with mold.

What a terrible experience from Sears! We ordered a dryer and were told it would be delivered tonight. No one showed up to deliver the dryer. When we contacted Sears to ask when our dryer would be delivered, they told us the order had been cancelled. Unacceptable. We have been disappointed time and time again by Sears, not only by the appliances we have purchased, the warranties that are not followed, or poor service from start to finish. I think we have finally learned our lesson and will never shop at Sears ever again!

I called Sears appliance repair to fix my four year old refrigerator. The repairman looked it over and was not able to repair it on his own. He had to call a tech specialist with LG (the actual manufacturer). He ordered a replacement switch which the tech specialist indicated should be replaced. We installed the part a few days later when it arrived. The refrigerator still did not work. We called the repairman three times but he wouldn't return our calls. Since the repairman originally had had no other ideas as to what was wrong, we gave up on him. We decided to call someone else, who got the refrigerator running again in about five minutes. When the second guy investigated, he tested the original switch and told us that we hadn't needed to replace it since it was functioning fine. He also told us that Sears has never made refrigerators. They only sell other companies' products under their Kenmore label. Not much point in buying from them.

We had to drive in to and from each time because of this ordeal 4-8 times about $40 dollars worth of gas.

They are very efficient and do the job correctly. They are very helpful and will answer any questions. They are very personable and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

I had looked around already and read reviews and pretty much knew what I wanted. The salesperson asked me a few questions and pointed out the differences between similar models, but did not try to steer me away from the model that I had already selected. He did make a strong push for me to purchase their extended warranty plan, I had tell him no several times and he really did not want to let that drop. Honestly the plan didn't sound like a bad deal, but I generally don't like to get talked into purchasing something that I didn't intend to purchase going in. He had difficulty taking no for an answer, but eventually did. I transported and installed the dishwasher myself. There were no problems with either pickup or installation. The salesperson was knowldeable about what was required to install it and was able to give me some useful tips. The price was also competive with what I had researched. I would have no problem purchasing from them again, but I would caution people to be prepared for a hard sell on the extended warranty plan.

They totally messed up the phone number and contact information. When we called to ask why the dishwasher wasn?t delivered on the promised day, it was a lot of run around. We finally found out that the order was canceled without our knowledge is that whoever took the order did not take down the phone number or email correctly. That was poor customer care because if they did not get an answer or a response, they could have looked up our name and address in the phone book. We were very upset with that. We were going to spend around $1,000. I would tell others that were considering using them that even though the 10 watts dishwasher is highly rated to make sure that everything is correct if you are expecting home delivery and inspection at a certain time.
